1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or communicating with Global Web Builders LLC (“GWB”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree, you must stop using our website and services immediately.
2. Corporate Structure & Payment Processing
Global Web Builders LLC is a subsidiary/child company of Look For Leads LLC.
All payments for Global Web Builders services are processed by Look For Leads LLC, the parent entity.
Therefore:
- Charges will appear under “LOOK FOR LEADS LLC or LFL LLC” on bank or card statements.
- Financial documentation, invoicing, and receipts may reference either LFL or GWB.
- Communication, project files, proposals, and service records from both LFL and GWB may be used collectively for billing verification, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
By purchasing from GWB, you acknowledge and consent to this corporate and payment-processing structure.
3. Services Provided
Global Web Builders provides digital services, including but not limited to:
- Website design
- Website development
- UI/UX design
- Branding & creative
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Social media management (SMM)
- Social media marketing
- Google Ads, Meta Ads & PPC management
- Content creation
- Digital strategy
- Custom development & integration
We tailor our services for each client. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are typically defined in writing (email, proposal, or project brief).
4. Project Start Conditions
A project begins when ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Client provides required onboarding information, content, and access.
- A mutually agreed-upon scope is established (email approval is sufficient).
- Initial payment or deposit is received and processed by LFL.
Until these steps are completed, no work is deemed to have started.
5. Payment Terms
- All invoices are issued under Look For Leads LLC.
- Full or partial upfront payments may be required depending on project type.
- Monthly services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Branding retainers) are prepaid.
- Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension of services.
GWB does not guarantee results (traffic, ranking, revenue, etc.) due to the variable nature of digital platforms and algorithms.
6. Refund & Cancellation Terms
Refund rules are further explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, but summarized here:
Full Refund
Available only if:
- No work has started
- No resources have been allocated
- No third-party tools or subscriptions have been purchased
Partial Refund
Possible when:
- Work has started
- A milestone has been partially completed
- A portion of billable hours has been used
Refund amounts are calculated based on:
- Hours worked
- Milestones completed
- Third-party costs incurred
- Team resources allocated
Non-Refundable
- Third-party software, subscriptions, or tools purchased specifically for the client
- Completed milestones
Developer/creative work already delivered
7. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to platforms, logins, and required assets
- Respond promptly to requests for approvals or revisions
- Provide accurate information
- Not violate intellectual property laws
- Not request unethical marketing, spam, or illegal activities
Delays in communication from the client may extend project timelines.
8. Communication & Evidence Disclaimer
Because LFL handles financial transactions, and GWB handles digital services:
You agree that:
- Emails from “@globalwebbuilders.com” and “@lookforleads.com”
- Project briefs, revision notes, task logs, drafts, and approvals
- Screenshots, timestamps, deliverables, and CRM records
may all be used collectively as valid proof of:
- Project authorization
- Work performed
- Service delivery
- Fulfillment of obligations
- Customer communication
This protects both parties and ensures merchant compliance.
9. Intellectual Property
Before full payment:
Drafts, designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of GWB.
After full payment:
- Client receives full rights to final deliverables
- GWB retains rights to display the work in portfolios unless the client requests confidentiality in writing
All third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
10. Deadlines & Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and may change based on:
- Client responsiveness
- Scope changes
- Technical constraints
- Third-party platform behavior
- Unforeseen issues
Delays caused by the client are not grounds for refunds.
11. Revisions & Scope Changes
Project fees cover a fixed number of revisions based on the package purchased.
Requests outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
Examples of out-of-scope work include:
- Reworking approved designs
- Entirely new design concepts
- Feature additions not in the original scope
- Major branding changes mid-project
12. Termination of Services
GWB may terminate services if:
- The client violates these terms
- The client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Payment is not received
- Illegal or unethical activities are requested
Refunds for terminated projects follow the refund structure in Section 6.
13. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- GWB is not liable for lost profits, lost business, data loss, or indirect damages.
- GWB is not responsible for changes in platform algorithms, policies, or third-party service outages.
- Marketing performance cannot be guaranteed due to variable external factors.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
14. Third-Party Service Dependencies
GWB may use third-party tools, platforms, or APIs.
We are not responsible for:
- Outages
- Policy changes
- Feature removals
- Data loss
- Suspensions
- Updates that impact performance or deliverables
Examples include:
Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, SEO tools, hosting providers, etc.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, as Look For Leads LLC is the parent entity handling all financial transactions.
Any disputes must be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction within Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
16. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
